Canada: Chit Chats Select

  • $10 CAD tracked shipping with an average of 2-6 business days depending on proximity to Vancouver, BC.
  • Free shipping on orders over $200

US: Chit Chats US Edge

  • $8 USD flat fee for tracked shipping, average of 3-6 business days
  • Free shipping on orders over $200

Please note, we are not responsible for any customs fees or taxes you may incur when your package is delivered. For more information on your customs duties and fees, please contact your local customs office.

Returns 

If you change your mind, we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and a refund.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need your order number, receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that modifications to your sandals including cutting the laces, trimming the sandal soles, or other modifications that make the sandals unfit for resale will exclude them from our return policy.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@brocksandals.ca. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions. Please note that customers are responsible for returning their items. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. In the case of a full refund, only the cost of the product itself will be fully refunded (shipping costs for returns are excluded from refunds). If you do not track your return, please note that we are not responsible for items lost in transit. 


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@brocksandals.ca.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right! We have a 90 day guarantee on our buckles and straps. Within this 90 days, please email us a photo or video of the issue for a free replacement. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as our custom fit sandals or pairs purchased with different foot sizes. However, if you have quality issues with these mentioned products, please message us and we’ll make it right! Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Please note that modifications to your sandals including cutting the laces, trimming the sandal soles, or other modifications that make the sandals unfit for resale will exclude them from our return policy.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Please visit our Sizing page before ordering, this is a great way to confirm you are ordering the right size.
